Retired Major General supports Afghan troop decision.

Ottawa has decided to keep up to 950 soldiers and support staff in Afghanistan on a training mission until 2014.
Prime Minister Steven Harper promises Canadian Forces trainers in Afghanistan will not be drawn into combat. Harper has told the Commons that Canada's fighting mission will end next year as scheduled.
Retired Canadian Major General Lewis McKenzie talks with Bayshore Broadcasting news reporter Kevin Bernard about the move from a combat role into a training mission.
