Eco Fees gone for good.

The McGuinty government says the eco fees program on household products is permanently scrapped.  Premier Dalton McGuinty says they didn't get it right.
Under a new program announced this week by Environment Minister John Wilkinson the province will help municipalities to recycle and dispose of items such as needles and compact fluorescent light bulbs.
Wilkinson tells Bayshore Broadcasting news reporter Kevin Bernard,  after the public backlash this summer, the government reviewed the program and decided the fees should be scrapped....  for good.
