WINTER ROADS - 3:30 PM

Construction has resumed on Highway 21 in Port Elgin - between Tomlinson Drive and the 10th Concession - expect slow downs and follow the pylon marked lanes.

Bruce County Roads are described as bare and dry with light dog patches around Walkerton and Mildmay and Teeswater.

Grey County Roads are described as bare and dry, with good visibility.
