Attack Beat Sting in Sarnia
by Kevin Bernard In OHL action --the Owen Sound Attack scored a 5-3 win over Sarnia. Bayshore Broadcasting Sports Director Fred Wallace says it was a big come-from-behind win. Steven Shipley had 3 goals in leading the Owen Sound Attack to the 5-3 win over the Sting last night. Shipley scored the winning goal while the Attack were short-handed. Sarnia jumped out to a 2-0 lead before Owen Sound scored 3 goals in 26 seconds to pull into the lead. Cameron Brace who was called up from Huntsville Muskoka, had a good night with 2 assists for the Attack. With the win, the Attack have 54 points on the season in 8th spot in the West. They are 1 point behind Saginaw and Erie who are tied for 6th. The Otters also won last night over Windsor 5-3 and Saginaw doubled St. Mike's 4-2.
