The New Orleans Saints are the 2010 Super Bowl Champions, executing a come from behind 31-17 victory over Indianapolis Sunday in Miami, and exhibiting a lot of flair in the process.

Down 10-0 in the early going to the favored Colts, the Saints were undaunted, battling back and then pulling away with 5 minutes to play.

In the 1st Half, the Saints were stymied on a 3rd & then a 4th down attempt at the goal line, but apparently it did little to squash their moxie.

Garrett Hartley who booted 3 field goals in the victory, likely made his most successful delivery when he opened the 2nd Half with an onside kick that was recovered by the Saints.

From there, New Orleans baffled the Colts on both sides of the ball and pulled away when Jeremy Shockey scored a major with just over 5 games to go.

Having not gambled enough with 4th downs and on-side kicks, the Saints went for a 2 point conversion, were denied for the moment, and then rewarded by video review.

Finally, with the Colts pressing to score the go ahead points, Louisiana native Tracy Porter picked off a Peyton Manning pass and ran it back 74 yards for the clinching points.

It was not conservative or by the book football, but it was winning football for the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints.
